As the Building Appeals Court of the Canton of Zurich confirmed yesterday, no appeal was lodged against the building permit granted on 24 March 2022. This means that around 230 new flats together with complementary neighbourhood services are to be built in the «AuPark» in Wädenswil. In addition, the Canton of Zurich will build a secondary school for the left bank of Lake Zurich.
Intershop assumes that the realisation of the first stage can begin in the second half of 2022, after completion of the current demolition work.
