Intershop plans to build an assembly plant for Stadler in Winterthur

Today SGI City Immobilien AG, a subsidiary of Intershop Holding AG, will submit the planning application for the construction of a new assembly plant on its site in the Neuhegi industrial park in Oberwinterthur. The assembly plant is to be built on a land area of around 13,250 m2.

It has been agreed that Stadler will rent the building on a long-term basis. Commissioning of the new building is scheduled for early 2022.

Both parties have the right to withdraw from the rental agreement should circumstances arise in the further planning and approval process which would prevent the desired economic efficiency of the project.
