Next week, Intershop will commence the initial dismantling and demolition work of the existing buildings. These buildings were already largely vacated at the end of the first half of this year. This work is expected to be completed by the middle of 2022.
«AuPark» is a development project of the Intershop Group, on which around 230 new flats together with complementary neighbourhood services are to be built. In addition, the canton of Zurich will build a secondary school for the left bank of Lake Zurich. A spacious public park with a playground is planned in the middle of the development as a connecting element and attractive meeting zone for the people of Au.
Intershop is a real estate company listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange and active in Switzerland, which invests principally in commercial properties.
