At the beginning of April, Intershop successfully started advance sales of the 78 spacious 2.5- to 5.5-room commonhold apartments of the «Römerstrasse» promotion project in Baden. Intershop granted registered interested parties temporary exclusivity before the official sales launch. Currently, 12 units have already been reserved and expressions of interest have been received for the majority of the remaining apartments.
At Römerstrasse 36-36c, in a preferred residential location, directly adjacent to a nature reserve and the Limmat river, extraordinary apartments are being built with areas ranging from 63 m² to 193 m², in an unconventional design and to a high standard of finish. Rooms of above-average height and exciting, very generous floor plans convey a unique feeling of space.
Construction began at the beginning of this year. The completion of the work is scheduled for spring 2022.
