Intershop today sold its commercial property at Lagerstrasse 6-8 in Dietikon to a Swiss institutional investor. The property was originally acquired in 2009 during the financial crisis.
Originally acquired as a sale and leaseback transaction, the property is now let on long-term contracts to two solvent companies. With a sales price of CHF 54 million, Intershop has been able to realise a profit contribution in the low double-digit million range.
