Dieter Marmet, member of the Board of Directors since 2010 and Chairman since 2011, has informed the company that he will not stand for re-election at the forthcoming 59th Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors and the Executive Board very much regret this decision and wish to thank Dieter Marmet for his many years of very successful commitment, which has contributed significantly to the sustainable success of the company. Ernst Schaufelberger, who has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2018, will stand as his successor in the office of Chairman.
Dr Christoph Nater will be proposed for election to the Board of Directors. Mr Nater studied law at the University of Zurich and completed his doctorate at the University of Basel. He is admitted to the bar and has been practising as an attorney since 2009. He has been a partner at MME Legal AG in Zurich since 2016. His expertise includes construction and real estate law.
