Start of construction of an assembly plant for Stadler in Winterthur

Building permission for the construction of the assembly plant has now been received and, since neither party has exercised its right to withdraw from the rental agreement, construction work will begin this week. The expected investment volume amounts to around CHF 16 million. The completion of the building is scheduled for the end of 2021. The lease has a minimum term of 15 years.
