TIntershop launches the sale of thirty sustainably designed commonhold apartments of the project «Gellertstrasse» in Basel.
At the Gellertstrasse 151, 157 and 161, in a preferred residential area in Basel, exceptional commonhold town apartments with areas ranging from 104 to 130 m2, unconventional floor plans and a high-quality fitting-out are being built. Directly on the St. Alban pond and in the immediate vicinity of the Birs, the property impresses with its location close to nature, yet in the middle of the city.
The construction of the apartments started on the beginning of June. The completion of the works is scheduled for the end of 2020.
